Bellaboo's COVID-19 Reopening Information
Reopening: Wednesday, July 15 from 10-4
Updated Hours: Tuesday-Sunday 10am-4pm. Closed Mondays
Know Before You Go
Masks If you are older than 2 and able to wear a mask you absolutely should plan to wear one, especially when indoors or when playing closely with other families. We understand that there are instances where an individual is unable to wear a mask; if that’s you please be extra diligent in maintaining distance from others. Our staff will be required to wear masks.
Feeling Sick? We hope it goes without saying but if you are sick or have been in close contact with someone who is or has been sick (with COVID or anything else!) please plan to visit when you’re well again.
Keep Your Distance From the moment you approach the building you’ll find markers helping you identify a safe distance from other families. Please help maintain this. Additionally, if you find a play area is getting crowded, please help us by redirecting your child to another play opportunity. We have ACRES of space to spread out!
Keep it Clean A clean facility has ALWAYS been of the utmost importance at Bellaboo’s! We’ve worked hard to adapt and enhance our cleaning procedures. However, we all know that things can get messy again quickly with kids. If you ever feel an area needs extra attention please let someone know.
Additionally, we’ve added some Clean-It-Yourself stations if you wanted to wipe anything down before or after your child interacts with it. Please just be sure to return these items to their appropriate spots so that they stay out of reach of little hands.
Attendance We will continually monitor attendance to stay well below 50% occupancy. Currently, we are not requiring advance reservations. Based on previous years’ data in addition to a temporary suspension of birthday parties and group visits, we don’t anticipate hitting our capacity ceiling often, but if we ever do we’ll be sure to post online as soon as we do.
What’s Different? A few things. The ball pit and face painting are closed indefinitely. As mentioned, Birthday Parties and Group Visits are paused temporarily. Finally, we will not resume group gathering activities like Children’s Cooking or Storytime for a little while.
I have a question!
From additional hand sanitizer stations to daily health screenings for staff there’s plenty more we’re doing to help keep you safe! If there’s anything not covered here that you’d like more information on don’t hesitate to reach out. As we finish getting everything ready we’re not always near the phone, but we do have staff checking emails regularly.
