Fall is the perfect time to change up your garden. At our plant swap you can exchange your current plants for something new without costing you anything. Just separate and pot some of your perennials and bring them to the swap, and leave with something new! Arrive early, plants go fast! Just meet in the back of the parking lot on the historic side of the park.
