Special Event FAQs

Is there a limit on the number of people that can attend?

Yes! Both to keep the building at a safe capacity and to know how many treats to prepare we have limited the number of registrations for our Halloween Ghost Hunt. Be sure to sign up to secure yours!

Can we just come in and play that day and not participate in the event?

No. Bellaboo's will be closed to general admission visits due to the event. If you want to play on Halloween this is the way to do it, however, participation in the scavenger hunt or other planned activities is not required.

What kind of treats will be provided? Candy?

Our pirates have hidden a variety of treasures! Some candy treats, some wearable jewels, tattoos, etc. If you need a more specific list due to allergy concerns please click here to email us.

Do we need to arrive right at 10... or stay until 2?

No. The treasure hunt doesn't officially begin until 11:30 AM. The Dead Sea Dance Party will take place at 1:30 PM. You can play as long or as little as you'd like from 10-2 (which should also give you plenty of time to get ready for trick or treating!).

Will we get to participate in Children's Cooking for this event?

Children's Cooking shows will be assigned as you arrive until each show is full. We have the capacity to allow everyone to participate in Children's Cooking for this event, but arriving later may result in the later shows already being full.

Will this event take place outdoors? What about bad weather?

Portions of the event are planned for outside (it is where the Pirate Ship lives after all!) but we're always ready with a weather plan if we need to bring things indoors.

Should the kids wear their regular costumes? Dress like pirates? Or just wear their normal clothes?

Costumes are ALWAYS welcome at Bellaboo's, especially on Halloween! How you get festive is entirely up to you though. We'll happily welcome superheroes, princesses, pirates, and awesome kiddos alike!
